Use only those foods that are listed and diet. Do not make an exception for anything, even for one candy or a piece of cheese. The number of products varies depending on individual tolerability. During the day, drink boiled or mineral water, and at least 1.5 liters. This diet is built on the principle of protein nutrition - a lot of meat and fish. Vegetables and fruits are also present, but their quantity does not balance the amount of proteins, which means that the body receives few carbohydrates. Therefore, it is not recommended to use this diet constantly, to make it the basis of nutrition for a long time. It is designed for two weeks, not longer.

Given that the diet contains a lot of proteins, I advise not to eat too late, so as not to make a big load on the body before going to bed. And do not forget that you need to drink at least one liter of liquid per day.

Every human body is unique, and there is no universal diet that would suit everyone. I would not recommend this diet to the elderly and very fat people - the protein increases blood coagulability, and the risk of blood clots increases. But such a diet is perfect for young women who lead an active lifestyle.
